I love the cut scenes where you show real usage of this words and expressions, they are funny :D I am going to visit Mongolia in few months for holiday and travel, I wanted to catch some basic language and at the beginning it seemed sooooo hard, but with quality of your channel it will surely be possible :D Thanks!

As a Korean, I find it surprisingly similar even if the word roots and the sounds are so different. Strange

Maybe because Mongolian and Korean are both Altaic language. The sentence structure is almost the same, and only the words are different.

The mongolian official alphabet is cyrillic? but why do mongols sometimes use latin when writing in mongolian? I tried to google that and i asked my mongolian friends, but i didn`t find the answer. Also how much older person can be until he meets the "older" cathegory? I know that in korean one year it`s already older, but in my culture we can speak unformal even with 10 year age difference.
@ichkaodko7020
6 ай бұрын
yep, cyrillic is official. Latin is used mostly on internet. Ah well, there is no strict norm or something, in theory, it is "older" even if one month older but in practice, it depends on person, some people wants to get "older" and respected and others get insulted by "older". you know it when you interact the person and reaction of it.
