AWESOME....FYI as far a reducing a shine on parts, you can use a Mat or Semi spray paint, it works well on maost finshes. I buy from Home Depot spray cans that well last you for ever. You can also spray a small amount into the cap and brush it on too. FYI...I sealed the brake and brake/clutch reservior then filled them with a colored water \. Look great with no leaks.

Ai have just finished a two+ years restoration of my full size E Type and I also have a 1/8 Monogram kit that I bought possibly 40 years ago sitting in a cupboard awaiting my starting that build. Having watched your fabulous videos I am in awe of your craftsmanship, attention to detail and care - it was fun watching you build your model and it brought back so many memories of what I went through building the full scale car. Well done!

Thanks! I appreciate the comment. It’s been a while since I’ve worked on this one. I’m hoping to get the next video out soon. Some other projects popped up distracting me from this one.

Loving that I found your videos on the build, or rebuild, of this model. I'm thinking of getting one so these vids are a brilliant inspiration. Your making of the wing nut is ingenious! The finished article looks fantastic! And yeah the satisfaction of making something is greater than just buying it.

Thanks! Funny though, I was thinking the wing-nuts were too big, so I ordered some. The ones I got are way too small, so I guess I’ll be using the ones I made.

Thanks! I was hoping to have more done, but this stuff just takes a while to do. For me anyways.
