What a wonderful experience for you all! You are opening a wider world for James and enriching his experience with these adventures. Imagine what these rivers and streams were like for the native tribes and the earliest settlers! They teemed with many varieties of aquatic species. The forests were full of all sorts of game. If you ever get to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, there is a huge sculpture depicting the plenty that was there three centuries ago.

Hey John. I'm glad you and the family made over to Canada, a very vast and beautiful land. I'm an old fart scouser living in Burlington Ontario. I once replied to one of your videos and invited you to come fish with me on my boat, with some of my great Canadian buddies. We fish Georgian Bay not too far from Parry Sound. In all honesty we don't get the size of fish here like those sturgeon, however we do get some good sized pike and the fish of a thousand casts, muskie, which can definitely get up there in size. We go mostly for smallmouth and largemouth bass. They're a ton of fun to catch but more importantly we have some awesome fish frys with them. Memories I'll take to my grave. Anyways, the point I'm getting to. You mentioned in your video that you thought you were fishing 'all wrong in the UK'. I couldn't disagree more. I love living, fishing, (and hunting), here in Canada but I would give my hind teeth, (I think I still have them), for just one day sea fishing with you, or one of the charters you go on in the UK. Give me cheese and pickle and the sea to barbeque and a river any day lol. Enjoy Canada my friend. Carl.
