INGREDIENTS
Multi grain health mix:
100 gms each (ragi, foxtail millet, pearl millet, red rice)
50 gms each (barley, corn, green moong dal, roasted gram)
Few Cashews, almonds and cardamom.
Trial mix:
1/4 cup each - Almonds, cashews, pistachios, figs, dried grapes, dried cranberries, muskmelon seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.
All purpose spice mix:
3 star anise, 15 cardamoms, 2 inch cinnamon, 1 mace, 3 kalpasi, 1 tbsp clove, 1.5 tbsp fennel, 2 tbsp cumin, 1 tsp pepper and 1/4 c coriander seeds.
Lentil powder:
1/4 C toordal, 1/4 C urad dal, 1/4 C channa dal, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp Fenugreek, 4-5 dried chillies, handful of garlic and curry leaves, salt to taste
Hazulnut spread:
1 cup roasted hazulnuts, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 2 tbsp oil, 1 pinch salt
Peanut butter:
1 cup roasted peanuts, 1 tbsp jaggery powder
Instant garlic peanut chutney mix:
1/2 cup garlic, 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, 4 dried chillies, 1 tbsp oil, salt to taste
Instant coconut chutney mix:
1 cup coconut chunks, 2 tbsp roasted grams, 2 green chillies, 1/8 tsp tamarind, salt to taste
