At least it was a solid building, but i assume the water damage will be substantial in the end.

The roof has collapsed in on itself, but yeah, gotta go interior. 5 Ariel platforms and only utilizing one for suppression.

one deuce and a half and a motivated crew inside. back up line inside. i guess there are different styles. this was not a big fire and in a class three ordinary construction.

When you see the water flowing from the foundation area @20:31, you just know all the residents in the bldg. must have lost much if not everything. I wonder what caused it to burn so violently-- almost like gas.

All those fire trucks and firefighters… seems like it should of been out a lot quicker.. I don’t know a lot about firefighting but it seems like they should of been hitting it from above the whole time.

Grate video. Some how this Fire department is slow punks. I don't like to judge but it's only what I see. Let's assume it's a very hot day But in the states in New York city this fire would be shut in no time.

max2680 - Let me give you a crash course on Montreal weather. In the Winter, it can get down to -20F easy and the firefighters have to fight fires in that condition. In the Summer, it can get up to 100F and those same firefighters have to fight the same fires but in blazing heat and with the same humidity as you guys have in NYC. I think they're entitled to some water bottles.
