Just so you know, the original version of this sketch adds a 3rd part to the 1500 meters for the deaf part, where the commentator says that the race starter has tried using machine guns and cannons, and still can't get them to move. So he goes on the track and shows them a sign telling them to go, and the racers run towards him and trample him. This also adds in a 1500 meters for normal people and their mothers, and a hammer throw to America.

Then Saturday Night Live with the original cast, and The Midnight Special with Wolf Man Jack! Oh and the Monty Python Movies: The Life of Brian and The Search for the Holy Grail. Masterpieces of comedy. I have always preferred British Comedy to American Comedy. The Brits just have a way about comedy and nothing was sacred with them. They used to make fun of everything -- even their Queen. And who could forget Mr. Bean! I also enjoyed his other show called the Black Adder, though I was not able to see it until I was much older because it did not play in America -- or at least not in my area. There was another comedy show called Are You Being Served. I found out about that one in the 90's when it was being played on Cable. It can be found on KZitem now. There was so much the Brits did with Comedy. At least we can find all of this great stuff today and watch it all we want.

I disagree, this humor should never again be seen outside of the youtube environment. Its a good thing we don’t see things like this anymore.

This is what makes great comedy, you mix things together that don't belong together and let it flow as if it is real and then, you exaggerate it to the absurd level for maximum laughs.
