I tried it peeps, the recipe is perfect. The most fluffiest pancakes i have ever made. I timed around 1 min - 1m:30s per side and came out golden brown. Thanks!

@@Шабски I used his recipe in the video. 1 packet of the pancake mix, 1/2 cup milk and 1 egg is what i use accordingly.

To make them look like the picture you're supposed to put a lid over them while cooking so they steam. They're souffle hot cakes so you need to whip the egg and milk together first then add the mix in and gently fold.

I’m going to try that I made some for breakfast and they were flat. But now I know what I did wrong so going to retry tomorrow for breakfast.

is any lid fine? can i use a pan lid?
@zaidenzakii2788
2 жыл бұрын
@@exchangediary968 Yeah it's just to steam it so as long as it covers the pancake completely it works. I've used a lid that was smaller than the pan and just covered the pancake and it's worked just fine for me.

Substituted milk with water but mixed the wet ingredients (water&egg) in a separate bowl then poured into the dry and gently folded till it came together. Used a lid to cover the pan and it came out perfect! Thankful I found this recipe otherwise the pancake mix would’ve been on the shelf till it expired cuz it’s all written in Japanese🤦🏻♀️ and I ain’t even gonna try my luck lol

So, 1 cup of Japanese cup = 180 ml 1 cup American/British cup = 250 ml I’ll add 90ml, japanese 1/2 cup or 125ml, USA/British 1/2 cup? Thank you

Would half a cup of almond milk or half a cup of oat milk still work as a substitute for the whole milk, or will that affect its ability to rise?

@@YoungSeoul Yeah, and honestly I have not been able to get it to rise to this shape. Not sure if its the oat milk's problem or if I'm just overmixing the mixture every time. Still tastes good to me though

Made these and they were dry as hell. I strongly recommend making them from scratch where you whip the eggs and milk separately from the dry ingredients. They're a lot better.
