I notice a theme often in the comments that I was having a bad day or something awful happened and this yoga practice brought me back to myself. Well this is true of me today, but I am also noticing how often my daily yoga practice occurs when I have had an okay, or unnoteworthy day and it just helps ground and center me anyways. Thank you adriene and thank you to everyone here in this community for creating this space and showing up no matter what the day. My word today is grace.

What a refreshing morning practice! Over the past couple of months, I noticed that my practice had changed. Instead of focusing on speed or core workouts, I prefer to focus on enhancing my mind-body connection and also relieving any stiffness and stress. Back to the fundamentals of yoga, I respect my emotions and most importantly myself by moving my body with awareness. Thanks a lot for the energy boost. Love and light 💖✨

Same here! I used to push myself so hard but as I get older I'm a bit more injury-prone and, frankly, less interested in forcing myself into poses to impress... who? My cat?! So I'm loving Adriene's focus on that mind-body connection.

This is my first practice as I begin my journey anew after pausing since May when I lost my mother. I tried to keep going back then but lost my momentum and eventually gave myself permission to take a break. Releasing my hips in the deep lunge brought up tears. I felt a release of trapped grief overwhelm me. It was nice to acknowledge it and continue to move. I truly needed this. Thanks Adriene.❤

So good that you are feeling like doing yoga again after a necessary pause @sjcmmd. I can totally relate. My yoga practice has been rocky - after some 5-6 yrs of practicing twice a day which I need to be able to keep moving despite severe injuries - since both my parents died within 5 months, in 2021. I have managed to come back on track during the 30 days challenges in January but has then lost momentum again and only practiced once a day which is not enough for me. Especially when the practice is less than 20 minutes. I am making a fresh start today, for some special reasons, and I am sure this morning practice was given to me by the universe. I am so grateful 🙏 Let us get back into good yoga routines together! I wish you a good re-start of yoga @sjcmmd and I hope you are now moving out of the deepest grief into more of light again 🌟 Adriene, thank you sincerely for all you do for us! I sometimes try another yogi, and they might be good, but I keep coming back Home to you, to find what feels good 💖

So sorry for your loss. I lost my father in May and have had a similar experience. I highly recommend Adriene's Yoga for Grief video. It helped me a lot this summer, and continues to on those days that I want to practice but feel spent. Much love to you in your healing.

As someone who suffers with extreme severe anxiety I can totally relate to her. I would stop eating for days at a time as a punishment. I worry a lot about my life, everyone around me and pleasing everyone. It's absolutely crippling, so glad she got the help she needed, lovely young lady it's so sad that society has 1 in 3 people suffering mental health issues. I hope everyone seeks help

Yes, doctor Greg mushroom I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today.

I’ve been following you for years now, and I don’t do yoga all the time, but your 30 day yoga challenges have been amazing for me, and I often go back to many of your 10-20 minute videos for specific areas of the body and it is always so helpful, calming, relaxing and a much needed release of tension in my body. Brilliant yoga practice Adriene! 👏 I did struggle a little, with the downward dog side of it today, but that's just with whats going on, with my body at the moment. Other then that, I really enjoyed this practice, and will definitely be doing it again. As someone who finds mobility hard at times, this practice is a must have, thanks Adriene. A friend just forwarded this to me. I am unemployed since Feb and am in a rather low place right now. So my friend said that this yoga practice would help me as it really helped her out of a dark place. Bet you didn’t know that your yoga practice would provide a lifeline to people who feel really terrible. It reminds of my favorite teachers that I can’t afford right now. Adriene, I have to say thank you for the free yoga you provide to the masses. I practice almost daily with you and all the beautiful people lucky enough to realize the mind and body benefits of the consistent practice of yoga. I have been following you for over 6 years now and I am 67. I had struggled with anxiety, depression and intermittent lower back pain for years and the only time my back gives me trouble is when I miss a few days of yoga. My flexibility is amazing now. I don’t post anymore but I had to reach out and let you know how you change lives. NAMASTE!❤🙏

I share your thankfulness .. and pains and achey back and being over 70 years old. I subscribed and paid the $100 fee a few years ago .. because I want to support Adriene and her team to be able to continue these videos and make a living. We would pay SO much more if we went to a yoga center and Adriene's team offers us such great work!

Salute Day 22🪷🩵 Grateful for this gentle practice. I had a stressful and sleepless night, and I thought of giving up a lot along the practice. But then Adriene said, “Stay with your breath” and I almost cried. I’m not super fine now, but I’m better thanks to moving around and shifting the energy of my body. Thx, Adriene!❤️🌻

I did it this afternoon. Woke up with my right knee just inflamed and hurting real bad. I decided to do yoga. I followed the guided routine until the lizard pose and knee released, what a joy this was... Thank you Adrienne

Over the summer I got into the habit of daily yoga, but September saw me starting my Master's degree, and I have not made time for yoga since. This morning I woke up feeling I needed to practice today, and when I opened youtube this was the first video on my feed. The mornings are achey times for me and this new practice was exquisite! It was the best combination of stretch and bend. Adriene, you are teaching me how to be more gentle to my body with the delightful stretch of arm and leg while the other leg is bending. The transition from floor to cat cow was also graceful. I will be back every morning for this brief flow. Thank you so much.
