This Moroccan Chicken and Veggie Couscous recipe is giving Intercontinental and Healthy series vibes.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups couscous
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups of hot water
(Don’t skip this step- that oil is important)
1/8 cup olive oil
2 medium chicken breast
1/2 small onion
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp green herbs seasoning
2 chopped chilies
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp chili
1 tbsp chicken bullion
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sage
1 & 1/2 cup mixed veggies
1 💚💛 medium bell peppers
1/4 cup spring onion
