The crowd interaction is part of the beauty of the video. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Morrissey, the blueprint of the lonely white pop hero. I'm completely surprised, that the Americans know every word and sing them as loud as they can. Absolutely impressive! Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for sharing! NEW RULE: Moz-Angelenos really should consider not impulsively SCREAM-singing along. It's cool once in a while, but it really does subtract from the experience of others. Take a chill. I know you're excited but we wanna hear him sing- not you!

Lol it's called being in the moment and doing what feels right. I love singing! I love singing along if I know the song!! It just comes out I can't help it. I understand the sentiment though and I agree with you halfway. :)

@@CaptainOatwright Rude to who? I thanked him for posting and my problem wasn't with the video. It's with the few people who scream along and ruin the concert experience for others by drowning out the artist's vocals. I post videos regularly on my other channel but props to Mitch for getting these uploaded from the hotel immediately after the show. I think that's awesome!

I was totally disappointed seeing his performance today 7/27. People that have not seen him live should know they’re not seeing the Smiths. He knows people love the hits and he did not play much. He’s not a crowd pleaser. He had weird ass videos of police brutality playing. Smh

That’s unfortunate that you didn’t enjoy the concert and left feeling disappointed. I had the opposite reaction, but I love Morrissey even more than I love The Smiths, and that’s a lot. His words speak to me now just like they did in the 80s. I think he played lots of his hits but perhaps more of his solo career. It was amazing hearing my favorite songs like I Like You, All the Lazy Dikes, Jack the Ripper, and If You Don’t Like Me, Then Don’t Look at Me. Some of the images are hard to watch but they definitely make you think. My gaze was so fixed on Morrissey and his expressions and gestures though that I didn’t notice all of the images behind him. If you spend time listening to Morrissey it’s hard not to love him. He has so much to say that makes you feel understood and makes you think and feel.

@Cat-pz5lg

Kindly but strongly disagree. Morrissey would still be Morrissey, but his journey would have been different. There isn’t an alternate universe in which Morrissey’s words and voice would have gone unappreciated. Marr is a fantastic guitarist, but there is something undeniably special and beautiful about Morrissey.
