Bought a copy of the Arctic Manual for an arm & a leg and didn't find it to be very good. The first half was extremely dry and the rest dealt exclusively about surroundings and conditions people in the US and Canada will never encounter. If your training to be an Eskimo get it, otherwise don't bother.

what was the book that Mors based his book "Bushcraft" off of ? Was it the one by Richard Graves for Australian bushcraft?

That's the one. I had a copy before I first met Mors, which was likely a key factor in why he liked me enough to hang around as much as I did.
