Moru Curry is one of the famous side dish for Rice in Kerala.. This will make with Butter milk and Vegetable like Banana or Cucumber..
Ingredients :- (For Curry )
Butter Milk - 1 Ltr
Raw Banana - 1No
Green Chillies - 3-4 nos
Coconut - 1/4 Cup
Shallot - 1 Pc
Garlic - 2 Nos
Cumin - 1/4 Tsp
Turmeric
Salt
For Seasoning :-
Shallots - 4-5 Nos
Red Chillies - 4-5 Nos
Mustard -1 Tsp
Fenugreek - 1 Tsp
Curry Leaves
Mix Butter Milk with enough water. Grate, Coconut with Shallot, Garlic and Cumin.. add this to Cooked Banana cook for 2 minute..let this to cool.. then add buttermilk turmeric and salt to this,.. mix well.. heat this mix.. no need to boil..
One heated nicely, do seasoning.. heat coconut oil, then mustard. fenugreek, shallots, red chillies, then curry leaves.. thats it.. Our Tasty Healthy moru curry ready.. Enjoy this with Rice..
