I can't get over how smart and powerful this guy is (not to mention the members of the community in this video). Anyway, just to put this out there to the internet world: there are white people who agree one-million percent that this country has blown it in every way when it comes to its black citizens... and has done so for way too long. I am one of those white people.

Now I am a big fan of Mos Def and his efforts in NO, but I take issue with him implying that Oprah has done nothing to help. She has been there herself and donated millions of dollars.
