More ironic is that the Russians failed to respond to intelligence that the Americans gave them in advance so the Russians just repeated the same failure that the Americans did back in 2013 regarding the Boston marathon A decade later and the same mistakes Still I think *"duty to warn"* is a great policy everyone suffers from these acts, from Saudi Arabia to Nigeria, to France, and now Russia And trying to just maintain a small bit of civility for your enemy is a moral stance even I can get behind

We seldom hear about ISIS nowadays, so it's a surprise to see them claim responsibility for the attack. Isis K are a pretty different entity to what we saw with ISIL a few years ago. They have similar manifesto's but take aim at different targets and for a bit different reasons. They are deemed more intelligent in how they go about things and possibly more dangerous!! Simon did a pretty good explanation of them a while back. Scary shit. Those 4 seemed pretty well trained in attacking people, but im not sure they were planning on what happens when they got caught!!
