Just back from Japan. The most polite people you could wish to meet and the streets/ trains/ buses are so clean. Easier to operate an aircraft than know what all the buttons are for by the toilet seats!

Japanese cuisine is incredibly varied! In major Japanese cities you can get virtually anything your heart desires from barbecue to sushi and everything in between. You can get American fast food in Japan if you want to eat the same things as you eat at home. But they have amazing sweet treats and they have the best beef on the planet. Japan is a fully modernized country, more modern than most places in the US.

What are the negatives to Japan? It seems the food isn't as diverse as other countries.
@calichef1962
6 жыл бұрын
Actually, Japanese cuisine is VERY diverse! They are traveling on a fairly tight budget and so they try to keep the restaurant bills as low as possible. That means a lot of noodle and rice dishes, particularly in Asian countries.
