Sabo, I think your life's accolades isn't building quads. Its more like you have honed your skills as a mechanic, you've become a very good presenter, and you've become great at video editing. Most of all I think you've built a career from scratch and you have the ability to keep us all coming back for more! Keep it up!

I love this z400 series !!! I had the 2004 white ltz 400 when i tuned 18 years old . It was my dream quad and I found one in show room condition and traded a warrior 350 and a snowmobile for it . I loved that quad it was peppy an ran great then I ended up selling it after like 5 years becouse it mixed water in the bottom end and blew the engine . At the time I didn have much money an traded it for a 660 raptor . Till this day I regret not fixing it and keeping it . This brings back my memories

They should fit the KFX 400's. I have them listed on Ebay, but was just watching one of your videos and saw you had on a full flight shirt.They were on a friends quad and we went back to stock arms and we just don't have any use for them. all the heims are in good shape and the tie rods are included too. Those buffing kits will save you lots of money snd increase overall sell prices. You grabba ebay high powdered lazer smd you could easily clean metals rims and engine cases and parts. And yes that as well will increase profits. On metals u have to put a protective coat after doing this for the plastics inassuming all the compounds are included metal compounds are not the same. I hope u use these things to make some mint retores. Like you always have done.

Love your channel bro. Been watching your videos for over a year and finally subscribed. Gotta say PLEASE PLEASE use the new cases on this. This thing is going to be too perfect to then have an ugly weld down the side of the engine! They sent you new cases which is awesome so they probably think you should use them too!!! A lot of people are going to cringe if you build that engine with the welded case. Thanks for the content man. You’re seriously my favorite channel on all of KZitem.

Would using AlumiWeld rods to fill in the engine case on the inside to prevent a oil leak be a solution? They have that at Harbor Freight. Enjoying the Z400 build series plus your channel too! I have two of them, a Yellow 2003, the Frame has gussets, it has nerf bars and a Rev box. The other quad is a White 2006 which I purchased new with a Yoshimura exhaust from the dealer. In the first week I had it I added a Procom Rev box and a skid plate for the frame. Both of them have been very reliable. Thanks for what you do and enjoy life everyone!

like always, ya boy Sabo producing another great video! you can tell he really is passionate about what he's doing cause the bikes always look better than factory and he builds them with such patience. that's why he has the nicest builds over anyone else that's doing stuff like Sabo. ready to see the finished 400z, we already know it's gonna look better than factory lol. you should consider getting a Suzuki LTR 450 that needs a restoration then make it the baddest LTR 450 anyone has seen. the LTR 450 has always been my dream qaud cause they just look so good and aggressive, plus they are so powerful and fast. I've had only one chance to ride an ltr 450 and I immediately knew I had to get one someday somehow.

Awesome video! So i just did my first start on my 04 z400 top end rebuild and i was curious Michael what is your opinion on breaking in. Factory spec. On break in or break it in like your gonna ride it?
@MichaelSabo
6 ай бұрын
I tend to do the heat cycles/soft break in. Controversial topic, but I can't see the heat cycles hurting anything even if the break it in like you stole it method works too. The factory manuals usually recommend half throttle and 3/4 throttle break in periods before going full throttle so it's something to consider.
@PatrickWelch45
6 ай бұрын
@MichaelSabo i agree ive been doing heat cycles and have close to 5 hours on it now under 3/4s and im going to try to get it to 10 hours before we load up Friday for a local place we ride called Windrock off road park for the weekend
@MichaelSabo
6 ай бұрын
@PatrickWelch45 that's a really long time in my opinion but I don't think it's going to hurt it. I usually do about an hour of run time doing heat cycles etc.
