Most expensive I’ve smoked was the Dunbarton Unicorn. $100 cigar, luckily I was able to use a 10% off coupon…lol

With what Habanos S. A. has done recently with its price restructuring it can be really easy to spend $250+ for regular production Cuban Cohibas and Trinadad. That's just not worth it. A $50 Cuban Montecristo #2 isn't worth it. But some of the special Davidoff and Fuente releases in the $50+ price range have been worth it to me. I've never bought a box of either but one or two here and there for special occasion cigars are great.

Ghurkarbage cigars are all built on hype and not worth it. They’re the cigar I see most often at “80% off and “incredible discount”. The luxury cigars that command a high price due to the lengthy fermentation and aging are worth the splurge in my opinion.

I would put the OpusX, Alfonso, Dav Royal Release, Meerapfel, Byron/Atabey in the class of smoke worthy for the price. It’s worth it for me to save up and smoke a great one when I can afford it and even if I had to save 1$ a day for 3 months, that cigar is going to be memorable and enjoyed. Anyone can and should afford a “luxury”, just for most of us, it’s not every day.

Not Gurkha again, they booted out Kaizad Hansotia years ago who made up these ridiculous stories.
