I really like this option. I prefer Ford safety bells/whistles over RAM. Mercedes is too expensive and don’t really like diesel. Electric powered is the future. Will check this company out.

TV? Set ups. Price points are very reasonable. The low roof with the pop up looks great and has the seating for a family. Hey are you going th the Super RV Show in Tampa? We just got our press bages. So we will be filming for the documentary, interviewing manufacturer reps, and content creators.

The one think I like is the bump out for the bed. Its like a mini slide out.

@@strangerpalooza the MH1 comes standard with A/C. This particular unit just didn't have it. The A/C is is a 12V rooftop unit installed just behind the popup top (over the bed).

W Where this people tired. I got such a dismissive vibe from them. Great van's thought.

at the beginning the CEO stated that he buys directly from Ford, then later he stated that u place the order via the web and modvan source it from any dealer? am i wrong here?

Not that impressed with those vans! for those prices, I would prefer the coachman!

I wouldn't take the Coachman on a trip like this: kzitem.info/news/bejne/12942Y2nkGuGf6Q. The Coachman doesn't have a popup top or modular seating system for up to 7. But, if off-roading, flexibility, vehicle weight and build quality are not important to you, I'm sure the Coachman is a great value.

@@pjtezza lol I wouldn't take a 135k van with all-wheel drive on a trip like that!! blown tires, scraped-up rims and gouges on the side of my new van lol no thanks! now a Jeep sport with upgraded suspension, roof rack tent, a small bank of lithium to power my food and beer cooler and of course a camp stove followed by a porta-potty!! all at 65K!! the 70k I saved would be for many all-inclusive vacations lol

@@waynec2962 Um, I think you're gettin your levels of off-roading confused bro. You're talking class 8 to 10 trails, which sounds like your shtick. Lower class rating on trails the ModVan would be just fine with the AWD. Me personally I'd stick with the shorter wheelbase CV1/M.

@@waynec2962 we took our two vans on that trip. They both did great and we had a great time. After that trip, we drove straight to the next show in CO, then we drove the vans back home to CA, out to VA, where this video was filmed, then back home to CA again, camping and stopping for several more shows along the way. Sure, the vans got a couple of scratches, but nothing that couldn't be easily fixed if we wanted them perfect for some reason. I'm sure your Jeep is great. I camped out the back of my 2005 4x4 Pathfinder for 10+ years before upgrading to a van with heater, A/C, indoor toilet and super comfortable beds. My Pathfinder was paid off years ago and I still have it (280k miles), so, sure I could save a lot if that was my goal. I personally can't see going back to camping out of a SUV, but if that works for you, I'm glad you are able to find something fun that you like at a price you find more affordable.

@@pjtezza yes they looked like they did a great job on your road trip.. I didn't say I owned a jeep! what I was saying is if I was going to do a road trip like that I would rather be in a jeep lol! I'm a glamper! I enjoy a nice comfortable ride where I can park in a site and hike into a canyon rather than drive-in! although before the covid I could get a nice sprinter all decked out for up to 100 to 120k in Canada. and now with the covid gouge, the cheapest starter van is 135k US for a base model on the Promaster chassis and over 200k US on a Mercedes lol throw in the exchange rate 35 cents on the dollar yikes!
