For any older guys watching this, Kris isn’t wrong, but he’s not yet 30. Studies have shown that testosterone DOES NOT drop in healthy men that stayed active over time. For example, a man of 50 that stayed fit had T levels within a single percentage point of a man of 25. It’s not your age, it’s sitting around an office, getting fat and slow. I cut down to 11% body fat at 37 and stayed there a year. It’s all diet. Bulking now at 38. It can be done and it’s not Even hard. Stay up bros. Great video man

I left a dream relationship at 25 and always regretted it. Even threw me of my course. But I started to realise I made the right decision and remembered why after I started reading and researching motivational texts. 1st man definitely breaks it down the best. This concept is the absolute fundamental - the ability to delay gratification with the aim to "Cash out" in a better position later. I think the reason this is so hard is because although we can fully believe in ourselves - we don't KNOW for sure that we will make it. So the more years you avoid doing the "fun" things, the more you need to make sure it happens. I think that might actually be the magic, the fact that once you take the path you are talking about, you HAVE to make it happen. Is that the secret Kris?
@arczi9233

These things seem fun from position of a person carving them, life is in present moment and this concept in his video is very good becasue it adds a layer to the present where you always go for better and more which is fundamental thinking of a Hunter gatherer mind. I belive that enjoying everyday is part of this lifestyle because it is about the process, journey, which is life.

One slight advocate i would have to this theory kris is... sometimes in life when the pressure is on to make monthly committed debt/car payments etc it can actually boost you to be more productive because you know you have no choice. I have had certain times in my life where i have made SO much more money as a subsequent consequence of this. Also because you get yourself on a roll of keeping productive every hour, everyday the ball just keeps on moving and you progress. People view you as motivated, committed and determined also with results to show for it, which also in turn brings in more results.

I think the concept of sacrifice is a simplistic in that it assumes a linear relationship to the effort you put in and the result. I am not over 6ft and I lack the muscle twitch fibre characteristic of a professional athlete. I will never ever be drafted into the NBA no matter how much I sacrifice. Guys need to choose an area where they have a competitive advantage over others. This is more crucial than sacrifice in my opinion.

My bro Kris! One big query/help. We in our community including me clearly understands what you say & we also know the reality & about our male advantage. Query is how to stand firm in our belief points when other outside influences are strong. In influences, I meant other friends & people who are going the other route/settling & asks us to do same. If no one is saying anything my mind itself is creating issues saying the other route is universal & should be followed. My brother, I’m not worried to face the struggles we must go to reach our full potential but all I want is the full support & belief of my own mind, not the other way. How to train my mind. Sorry if I have asked anything that don’t make sense.
@gautheny

If anything, rewatch all the videos that support your belief. Also those who highlight the dangerous of going the the other way and see how it applies to your own situation and those around you. remember, its not easy to climb and become an outlier, it certainly is among the most difficult things to achieve. In this journey, time is your ally and you will realise your situation will get better and better. Harden your mind and be prepared not to give a single fuck about anything. You live and die on your decisions. If people are rolling downhill, and you decide to go the uphill route for a few years, it is perfectly normal to feel the pain and the uncertainty. Just keep pushing. Ps :Hard physical exercise is very good to train your mind to get a higher pain torelance.

This makes a lot of sense for the high, high achievers without strong, deeply held family values. I say be reasonable, do your best and listen to yourself. If you want to relate to and see your grandchildren grow up well, you'll "sacrifice" being "rich" and "popular" in the maybe distant and unknown future for "settling down" with a "mediocre" girl that was ~given~ to you and has loved you before you striked it "big." She will help you with or even cover the mortgage and not leech from you if you lead with God. She will contribute equally. She is your helper. If you're really not much of a family man, do your thang, live your dream life, and don't ruin it for the others. A "good" girl will come to you if you are strong in terms of beliefs and values, as well as pursuing a decent money-making hobby/passion that aligns with the standard of living at your location and you treat her well, but also stand your ground on your deep-seated values such as respect, honor, and responsibility. The smart and honorable girl will respect and honor all of this. But who knows, you could regret that decision if you've always aimed very high, so basically don't "settle," but know a good thing when you have one. Good luck to you all and I know everyone of you will do well~

Hey Isaac, gaining muscle and losing body fat at the same time isn't possible, it is on a very small scale with high protein, but it's not going to change the game. If you were heavier like 110kg I would say it can be done, but at 94kg just starting out yes a bulk is needed first or at least maintenance calories plus heavy lifting. 23 with beginner gains would be ideal, you'll really stack it on. Just make sure you don't waste your beginner gains cutting, too many people do that

@@miniweeddeerz1820 Hi, put on some good size during the winter. Got up to 104kg a couple of months ago and seemed to plateau weight wise. Strength still increasing though 👍

Majority of the things he said make shit ton of sense, but the part where he talked about saving $ on monthly haircuts and getting a few sets of good quality clothes that could last for years makes no sense. IMO the point he's trying to make in this video is that you shouldn't be trying to do things to impress or conform to society's standard, cutting down on your ego, time spent on useless activities that only gives u back dopamine hits and nothing else. Which is highly detrimental as how you spend your time in your 20s are of paramount importance. If you're spending on haircuts & clothes so you feel confident about yourself then I think cool, otherwise you're just wasting money to impress people who generally don't give a fk. Btw quality clothing doesn't have to Gucci, Lv or what not. That $10-30 haircut saved every month wont get you anywhere anyways.

Bro, I am 17 and decided to quit school today, and you are absolutely correct. A very important and very difficult decision. But in the long run I just gained 3000 hours of time where I can work. Thank you
