Back floating is hard when you’re not comfortable in the water. Ears in the water is also hard for those who are fearful of the water.

This is exactly how I swim during freestyle when I’m starting to get tired I just kick like this and then afterwards I go back to freestyle when I am close to 50 m because I find it effective that I am able to breathe without having to lose any speed

Couch when the water hit my face and get in my nose and throat i feel choked and i get panicked than my bodie freezes and i start to sink,although i know the technique and i can float .any help plz
