@@erturtemirbaev5207 Погода теплее обычного. Солнечные теплые деньки обещают до 4 ноября. С ковидом обстановка стабильная. По сравнению с прошлым годом показатели в двое уменьшение по новым случаям заболеваемости. В пятеро по смертности.

Plov is very central Asian. It came to Mongolia from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Chinggis Khaan was probably served plov when he pillaged and conquered central Asia and said "Damn, this shit's good!" and then kidnapped a Kazakh grandmother and brought her back to Mongolia to become his court plov chef :-P

Different but not bad. We never cook in tripe but still all taste good. We cook tripe like meat.

@@OscarChicken I can cook tripe, I’d often cook offal (lungs and stomach being perennial favourites in my home). It’s just that I’m currently at sea for work and will remain here for a while. The galley has all the ingredients to make this dish except for tripe. If it’s not gonna work without then I’d rather not bother.

Oh boy, it’s like king requested dinner for Mongol lamb and some chicken, Indian taste, rice like central Asian plow but in own way home touch with all taste cook together while traveling, seams chefs made it.

@@ericmabley2120 yea you are right but there is small correction!! It wasn't brought BACK in Mongolia instead those spices were purely indian originated!! Ghenghis khan was so fascinated after having Indian food that he took many mughal and indian ingredients way back to his native

@@AmitKumar-xj3cy dude. you got it all backwards. the Mughals were descendants of Genghis Khan. many Indian food has its origins from Mongolia and Central Asia because the Mughals (aka Mongols lol) brought those to India from Central Asia.
