Tips: -Know your skin type and skin concerns and if you need help, search up videos or do research and or see a dermatologist to get the products you’re looking for. -Do NOT use ice on your face, it can make your skin more sensitive. -I recommend using a chemical exfoliant for longer effects rather than physical. -If you use a towel to dry please pat your skin instead of rubbing it. -Do NOT use paper towels or tissues on your face to clean. (Recommend reusable cotton pads) -Stay hydrated! (Although it’s not scientifically proven that it will help skin but it should be essential to you everyday already) -ALWAYS USE SUNSCREEN -For sheet masks it should be a 1 only use so please don’t reuse the sheet masks and serum inside for the face. -Be aware of skincare DIYS -Use reusable cotton pads so you can wash them instead of throwing them away. -Never use scrubs for your face. -Don’t touch your face a lot since your hands can be dirty. -Wash your pillows/bed sheets often like once a week or so. -Clean the things you touch every 1-2 months. -For sheet masks only do the maximum of 15 minutes. The only steps you need in skincare: -Micellar water with cotton pad (if you have makeup) -Cleansing oil or balm (if you have very oily skin or have makeup) -Cleanser -Moisturizer -Sunscreen Skincare steps with extras: Extras = * Daytime- -Cleanser *Toner *Serum (please check which serums you use if it’s for AM or PM) -Moisturizer -Sunscreen Nighttime- -Cleansing oil or balm (if you have very oily skin or have makeup) -Cleanser *exfoliator (chemical or physical) *Toner *Serum *Sheet mask -Moisturizer This is just a small comment but I hope it helps!

Ahh! This is very accurate and informative. Just to add on: The only parts I disagree with are the necessity for a micellar water & cleansing balm/oil. I personally think that only one is needed unless one were to wear quite a bit of makeup. The other part was cleansing in the morning. Unless someone has pretty oily skin, the person can likely skip a morning cleanse and opt to rinse the face instead. That being said, this is of course just from my own personal experiences and knowledge from talking/listening to others. Thank you so much for posting your comment. :)

Actually using ice is really good for my skin type I been using it for like 2 month and my skin is much better But maybe it's good for some skin type and bad for some (I have oily skin type btw )
@lnnoch7186

@@Lisa-hk9ol let me just say this. Using ice on your skin in general is bad. It can cause hypothermia, literal ice to form inside your skin, broken skin barrier, etc. just because you don’t see the reactions from it now you will see it in 5-10 years and the only way to get rid of it is from expensive laser treatments. Use a cool jade roller instead. It’s not as harsh and does the same exact thing. You can learn more from James Welch’s video about using ice on your skin with a dermatologist I believe.

Just tips for the natural skincare beginners: •Aloe vera is a life changing product! 1. Wash the aloe vera real good because it can sting on ur face 2. Wash your face with your cleanser 3. Apply the aloe in your face then leave inn for 30 minutes 4. Wash then air dry, I said air dry dont path with a towel or tissue just pat it with clean hands and let the water absorb 5.Add ice in a cloth then gently pat it in the areas where you need to put it like pimples but not for too long, but just right Do it 2 times a day for best results, Try it for a week and see for a difference. Aloe vera can change the color of your pimples marks and has a anti bacterial ingredient and ice can take if redness on your pimples Make sure to pat out excess oil on your face during the day if your face is oily But before you do this make sure to do some research for your skin type Aloe can make dry face more drier so be careful Thats just what ive done for my skincare routine :))

Aloe is not enough at all. You need an occlusive, such as shea butter or petrolatum, otherwise your skin will dry out. I dont recommend this at all, and also ice can cause problems.

I have oily skin but I use one cleanser (it’s Youth to the People kale+ green tea, which btw is expensive, $55 or the small one cost $22) and it’s really good and I don’t think that she needs 2 cleansers
@ceciliaj3148

She probably only removed her eye makeup with the micellar water, and then used the cera ve hydrating cleanser to remove her foundation. The hydrating cleanser is not enough for many people as it dont foam. Its not drying at all. And then she used the cera ve foaming cleanser to cleanse her skin. Its called double cleansing.
