Wonderful tutorial. The best on tracking in Premiere. Thank you very much

On point with this. I've been a motion designer, video editor and designer for 10 years and did not know you could copy a layer from After Effects and paste it straight into Premiere. Thank you kindly.

@@ThePremierePro The best thing about this for me is eliminating the dynamic link aspect. Although dynamic links are useful, they are very cumbersome and taxing on your machine, this just simplifies everything, and allows for much smoother and faster playback and editing. Great work!

@@fullcirclegla I completely agree! Especially if you're tracking something that's going to be used regularly, it's so much faster to bypass After Effects and stay in Premiere.

You need After Effects for this. Adobe does not just mean Premiere Pro. Don't say in your video (0:06) it can be done Premiere then launch After Effects to do it.

Exactly, if you have AE … it would be easier to just do it all in AE this method is actually longer and more complex than just using AE… haha pointless video mate.

@@curtisdinman not everyone got a strong computer to handle the ram usage that after effects needs its easier on ur pc to make the tracking in after effects, save it to adjustment layer and paste the data in premiere, than having a linked ae comp inside premiere

I almost just paid $24 for the Adobe Mask to Transform Extension to do this SAME thing! Why does Adobe SELL a Premier Extension to do this,, when you can just do it your way? Additionally, I searched my creative cloud for the Mask to Transform Extension,, hoping it would be included in my CS Suite,, and it's not! So,, thank You for showing me how You do it! Thank You! Welcome aboard Harvey, glad this was useful! Mask to Transform is actually a third-party plugin - Adobe sell it on their Exchange website, but it's not created by them.

You can use the Warp Stabilizer effect to steady an object in the frame and also zoom into it (there's an Additional Scale setting for this).

The best approach is Mocha Pro. You can buy the plugin (which works with both Premiere and After Effects), or there is a lite version that's included with After Effects.
