A real pleasure to hear from someone who sounds more the way I think than so many of the motorcycle reviewers I read. I'm not concerned with weight or lean angle, or how the bike compares. I'm not being chased. I have a V11 and switched to it after two Ducatis because I wanted to go a little slower. The Norwegian novelist Per Petterson described a character as being "in time with himself." That's how I want to feel on a bike. That's how I feel on my Guzzi. Thanks for reminding me of that.

Lovely bike man.. beautiful paint scheme! Moto Guzzi has huge respect here in Europe! I've got a V7 as well and every time I ride I meet somebody who wants to chat about the bike and it's characteristics. Lots of Moto Guzzi converts running around London! Safe riding! Enjoy your bike... it's beautiful!

Beautiful Moto Guzzi! I love my '02 Cal Stone. Guzzi power band and exhaust note is nostalgic and addictive, it somehow feels luxurious, like a classic Mahogany Chis Craft or WW2 fighter plane. It kinda reminds me of a pumped small block Ford, not over the top power but enough to get your attention and be fun.

Jordan, you're correct about riding safely so that you still can when you're 75. My dad is 81 and still riding his 1973-1/2 Eldorado. And although I typically ride multi-cylinder sport touring bike, I have my own '74 Eldorado now too.

Happy Birthday today to my husband, Jordan. Tracey Kroll directed him to say he's Irish (which he's not) when he made this video for his job interview, great footage, the stream of consciousness dialog has a few errors but the scenery is great and this motorcycle is really cool. The intention of this video was just to secure a job for Tracey and it was never disclosed that it was going to be on youtube -and now it has close to 100,000 views!

I also love Guzzi`s and have had three of them. A 1969 Ambassador 750, a V65sp, and a V50lll. Maybe twenty years ago I passed on a mint 1000S out in Denver, and have kicked myself ever since. To me, your bike is the most beautiful of all Guzzi`s, followed by a red and white 1000SP. Ironically it had been almost a year since I have ridden, and I took my beautiful Dyna out for about an hour ride this morning. It started right up, and the ride was a joy for me at 74 years old.

@@oluffriesthomsen7680 well ok, he hasn't been probably so accurate in this short but passionate video. However. he was not so far from reality, after all. Back in the 20's and in 30's Moto Guzzi was extremely famous also for moto-trucks: Ercole, Ercolino, Trialce, Guzzi Edile. Ercole has been in production until the '70 with many restyling. Regards.

I must admit though that I do miss my 500 Beeza and most of all my Triton. We can all still of course ride those bikes, that is if we don't mind the wrenching in our old age. It is great however to know that Moto Guzzi are making a comeback so it is a V7 that will be next in my garage.. Happy and safe riding to you !!
