I've just spent the weekend taking part in a navigation scatter rally - and ridden the longest distance so far in a day on the V85TT. 11 hours in the saddle, around 430 miles. Is it a better bike than my old Ducati Multistrada, or (whisper it) the mighty BMW GS?.
For those that don't know, a rally like this involves planning a route between checkpoints to attempt to complete various awards. Rather than try to explain it all, here's a link to the event itself:

Other similar events take place here in the UK. The other main one I've done in the past is the Welsh National Rally, which is in, well, Wales!
What was good and not so good on the bike, can I still walk? Will I have a strop, then sell it to buy a GS instead? 😊
