You are holding balancer gear with your left hand at 4:23 and the function of the balancer gear is to throw engine oil on the crankshaft. There is a scissor gear in your right hand and its timing is 2 turns in anticlockwise direction on either side of the scissor gear and it can be done by inserting it inside scissor gear holder. The balancer gear is designed like a cup shape to hold engine oil and when the balancer gear rotates it will throw the engine oil on the crankshaft. When the bike is turned off then the cup shaped balancer gear balances itself to its default position with its cup shape heavy metal facing downwards due to gravity. The balancer gear also has a line mark on it that should be matched with the line engraved under the case towards (north-east) direction and then the scissor gear teeth should be fixed by aligning with the teeth of the balancer gear. On the other side the vertical line on the gear of the crankshaft fixed with a square pin should be inline with the vertical line engraved on the case on top of the axle of the crankshaft after the piston is at the top dead centre which can be seen through the glass window above the magnet or starter motor. The top dead centre of the piston is decided by the tappets gap which is the gap between the screw of the rocker arm and the tip of the valve which is usually 0.06mm for intake and 0.10mm for exhaust for my Pulsar 180. The exhaust valve is located close to silencer fixed on front side of the engine. If the intake and exhaust tappet gap is tight then the magnet should be rotated anticlockwise till we see the T mark on the magnet which aligns with the arrow on the glass window of the magnet in such a way that the arrow should point at the centre of the T mark. When the tappet gap of intake and exhaust becomes loose then the piston is at the top dead centre. Mere pe bhi same avenger hai par pta nhi kyu sirf 70-80 ke bich bhagane pe chain si aawaj aati hai chain sprocket bhi change krr liya phir bhi nhi thik hua aawaj engine se aati hai par 80 ke upar bilkul smooth chalti hai. Btao sir kya dikkat ho skti hai
