It literally worked for me and I ride almost 250 kms by this method and it really saved my time on unknown routes. Very simple method. I took 2 rubber bands and fixed it as shown on the handle with support of disk break oil small box on handle and the mobile has not displaced or fell down even after so many bumps on the road and on high speed too. Thanks a lot bro for sharing this video.

Brilliantly simple idea , I was looking at spending up to £100 on some of the latest anti vibration , quick release phone mount systems. Now you’ve got me thinking …. perhaps instead of / as well as the towel something more to absorb any vibration, bubble wrap maybe or foam sheet ? If you had a stiff piece of board or plastic about the size of your phone you could leave it on the bike and just slide your phone up under the bands onto it ( and who’s gonna want to nick it off your bike !!)

I'll try it out. I have two phones I need to use, one for a GPS Navigation and one for a speedometer/trip counter

You gave me an idea. I will take the main part of a car holder (for which I wanted to invent a ball mount) and use rubbers on it to attach it to handlebar at center position. Yeah!!! ;-) Thanks bro!

Idk about that.. Is this really safe? While riding on highway, or whatever, won't the rubber break? Btw nice bike, I also have cbr250r, but 2011 model

dude i think i have the same bike (Im confused if its 2011or 2012or 2013)i mean my dad gave it to me but its been with us for almost 10years and ive always loved it i just had a question about the top speed im mostly confined to the city so i cant really test it but whats the top speed you were able to reach??do you still have it? and has the average of the bike changed?
Жыл бұрын
@@Aditya.B I topped 151 kmph on the autobahn. Had it for about two years and didn't experience any problems

How's this hold up at 140mph?
@awzonomous
3 жыл бұрын
The only way this bike would go 140 is if it was being towed by something that can go 140+!
@awzonomous

But I dont foresee any issues under 200mph. It is very sturdy and if concerned, add extra bands or use thick ones

I would say no. It will be hard to keep the camera steady for that. If you to do vlogging, I would search for a rigid setup! I only used this method to hold my phone for gps usage

As Plato once said "Necessity is the mother of all invention". I was stranded one time and needed to use a GPS somehow. This is safer than holding my phone. This was the solution i conjured up. Is it perfect? not even close. Does it work? Sure does!
