Also how is your handling with the suspension on your bike adding a 180lbs rider with you? Did you adjust it or just made her hopped on? If you didn’t readjust it I would suggest you do now, because if you keep riding while being bottoming, your trip will end a lot quicker needing a new suspension from a dealer close by real soon.

@@HondaHarleyGurl See me and you are the same type lol. A lot of things happen to me while being oblivious and just enjoying the ride. I once injured myself on sitting too long with a wrong posture because I was oblivious. Then take at least a week off of work because I had so much back pain. And many other things happen on my watch lol. Some are myself and other times it’s a vehicle breakdown. Eventually I learn from it but at the time, completely clueless. I suspect you are using Stock Shock from 2014 models with the Nob adjustment on the touring models. If so, if you are riding 2-up dial it up to 21click. Start from 0. Then every 2 click is 1 Full click. Since you have many clicks to go, it will indicate a number 5-25. Just keep rotating it until you are close there if you are in a hurry.

Also nice taste of Gloves lol. These gloves are extremely warm and extremely cheap. Only use once after wash and you are lucky if you can get many wash out of them. But as for their comfort, nothing on the market matches them. They are even touchscreen too. I’ve got 3 on every pedestrian Jacket I own and I tried to maintain 3 favorite winter jackets. Never used them on daily basis because if I’m about to drive the car, I walk without gloves and the bike, I have Motorcycle designated gloves for them, but they are always on my jacket as spare. I accidentally wash one pair by accident lol.

@@HondaHarleyGurl Me here I love gloves lol. One time I bought a 100k miles Nissan Altima and the steering leather was worn out of touch. Always slip through my hand and was so skinny compared to what I’m used to on motorcycle grips. Hell, I just put on my latex orange gloves I use for repairs and so had a better grip lol. Later on in life I had to put a steering cover to drive without those latex gloves. And even buying a new car, I cannot drive with my bare hands lol. My 2023 Rogue has a steering cover on as we speak and I kept 2 extra pairs (4) of latex gloves as back up for any emergency. Including driving without the cover lol. And as for motorcycle, always fully gloved. Summer is the worst because of the sweat, but I don’t mind lol.

@@HondaHarleyGurl depends lol. If I’m driving your car out of emergency and you don’t have a steering cover, you can bet I will pop up my latex gloves lol. Most people sweats my hand is mostly dried. Unless I’m agitated then of course I started sweating otherwise, bone dry lol. My car has a steering cover so the glove is put aside for other usage. They are there, but I don’t use them. Now don’t make me drive your car now lol…

Was hoping you’d post something after that tire run lol… Here we go again. 1 - a) Helmet fitting category. $100 range very uncomfortable. Yes Full Face tends to hit you hard on your front head. Stay away from “Triangle”, “ILM”, “Torc”. There may be more lol… b) Some helmet you buy on Amazon are Chinese import, such as Beon Barack and other name brand. Their shell constructions are very light which by then is ECE rated. But their ratings are not true and their sticker may peeled off. I’ve got one as of this moment because I bought it in Carbon Fiber. I know it’s a toy helmet but I prefer to wear it when I don’t feel like wearing an actual helmet because it’s extremely light. c) $200-$350 helmets are OK such as HJC, LS2, Scorpion & AGV. Most of the times the liners are washable and removable but they may also be destroyed upon washing which is where there is a leather joint with the fabric. Or the cotton may deteriorated over times. These helmets are meant to wash every 2 years by removing all the paddings and changed every 5 years based on the usage of it. Also most of their paddings and their visors are available to repurchased. I’ve got 3 under $300. Their Bluetooth add more make them worth more lol such as the Sena built in for the HJC I-10 series… also owned. d) $400-$700 Lifetime helmets. Can last you 10 years. Wouldn’t need to replace the paddings every wash and meets or exceeds manufacture recommended safety such as extra features that allow EMS to remove it on your head while you are unconscious without destroying the helmet itself. I have a $440 version Shoei. And I considered to be a cheap person lol. - As far as Pollen goes, I just learn about them this year lol. I’ve been oblivious for many years not actually being bothered by them or overlooked their appearance and just though it’s normal road dirts until a groupie mentioned “Pollen” and even so I was oblivious. Then I research the. I actually saw they are annoying. But hey, now I don’t have to wash my car nor my motorcycle that much when they are in yellow. I stop last month lol… Just take it in and being unhappy while making myself happy.

@@HondaHarleyGurlHad a trip from NJ to PA - Dorney Park in 2019 on a Yamaha XVS250 bike that tops only 75 MPH lol. Sometimes it goes as slow as 67 MPH. I was wearing a Torc helmet. Previously had been uncomfortable with it for at least 30 minutes and that trip last 2 hours. I tell ya, there was a time I almost passed out lol. Had to pull over and move the damn thing around my head. Then I made a strategy of using my elbows to move it from left to right whenever it bothers me. Works though, but the minute I went home I throw it away. And after that I buy helmets and return within 30 days just to find the one that’s comfortable for my head. And Amazon was getting suspicious of me at one point lol.

@@HondaHarleyGurl I did. To this day I owned 7 helmets successfully. Though I just gave one away 2 days ago. I have a coworker that often ride to work with me, and I’m tired of bringing her equipment and taking them back. I gave her one of my oldest helmet from 2018. A bell. Still comfortable but as for the year of usage it’s expired on the labels. Though the helmet itself has a Bluetooth modules and has not been dropped by me. I washed the lining before I gave it to her. This is technically the second wash of that helmet and its 5th year of service. If I could re-certified helmets I would probably put a new label on the old one, but since I can’t I gave it away.

@@HondaHarleyGurl Just bought a Scorpion EXO ST1400. Weighted 3.1 LBS which is extremely light. And also bought a Sena 50R Intercom. The whole thing costs me $730. The last time I bought a helmet was 2 years ago and it was a Shoei RJ Platinum. Costs me a whopping $440 with some changes. Also I run a Cheap Camera for $130 on my helmet on the Shoei which is also a Bluetooth Intercom. M3 it’s called. It’s better than the Sena because it records up to 4-5 hours HD quality. The videos I ride that I posted on my channel were taking from that camera. The Sena 50C only lasts 20 minutes on record or so I heard. The other fancy cameras you guys used for vlogging has about 1-2 hours run time. Can’t beat mine lol and is sleek on the helmet without noticing it.
