Thanks for watching! We filmed this before we did our new Razr drop test, but the old Razr V3 was an absolute tank and not much could break it. Is durability in a flip phone important to you?

@watchnerds

Yea! Someone do please made them into some kind of launcher or something, with D pad and the highlight until the app drawer and you have to press the d pad to access the app. And then modify the keyboard to have a big numeral keys with abcd-es that have to be tapped several times to get the letter like how we used to. I'm not a Boomer yet, I'm still in my early 20es but I really enjoy working with that keyboard which only requires one thumb compared to the qwerty keys which requires two thumb operation.

I loooooved my V3 so much!!! It was the last phone I owned before the iPhone launched in 2007. It was very difficult letting it go for a new unknown technology at the time. I deeply regret not keeping it though... I will never own anything except an iPhone as long as I live and will be buried with it, but I would absolutely buy the new Razr just to have one. Retro Mode gives me hard nostalgia!

With that said I’m tired of pay so much for phones! I got a phone plan from mint mobile for 15 a month! It’s t mobile so not a lot of excellent coverage but works for me! I’m thinking about a cheep Android and a WiFi iPad next! I’m by myself and retired so to cut expenses I believe I’ll go that way! Unless I can buy a mini cheep I phone. How can you compare an old 2004 Razr to a new 2020 Razr? I am amuse how you compare battery life on both phones. So you say the old 2004 Razr can last for days. And the new Razr needs to be recharge everyday? Hello, it's 2020 and it's a smartphone, people use data, games, youtubes and much more than just to talk in 2004. So much for a fair comparison beating up the new 2020 Razr.
