Naming this abomination an Integra would soil and disrespect the name of the Integra and what it and Honda used to stand for. If Honda wants to make a new Integra, they need to do it right, or it will be another failure like the revival of the CRX in the form of the hybrid CRZ.

What difference does it make to everyone here if it runs 7 seconds or 6.5 seconds 0-60? It's a entry level luxury car that's supposed to have a little fun to it. You're not going to be running with evos and gtrs so who give a fuck anyway ? Plus, it's 1/4 of a mile was quick. 14.7 is what I ran in a 2001 Type-R.

The 2013 accord sport i4 6spd Manual 0-60mph is 6.6 and 1/4mile 15.2@94mph weighs around 3300lbs and 189hp peaks at 6400rpm. The ILX is faster in the 1/4 mile because its a 8spd DCT and weighs around 3100lbs and 201hp peaks at 6800rpm. I suspect both of them with 2.4 i4's are underrated

OssxJah you’re exactly right. gotta go into the struggling acura dealership (because it’s a mediocre brand, as we all know it, and much worse than Lexus) and haggle them down because they can barely churn over 20,000 units sold every year. If you were to go into A lexus dealer and buy an RX, you wouldn’t have much luck, since the car is destined to be bought at MSRP because it’s so successful that they don’t have to rely on negotiation for sales...

The idea that anyone would buy cars like this is completely foreign to me. It's hard to say this without being offensive and I'm sorry if I do offend anyone but I just could never ever spend 35 grand on a car like this or indeed any new car. I mean for that money, I could have a MkIV Supra, two R32 Skylines, any one of a plethora of beautiful classics, or an old BMW... the list goes on forever.
@wonderwall135

Axel Trainwagon not everyone wants old cars. what baffles me is your inability to comprehend the needs of others, which makes you a sociopath. people want modern features and creature comforts, like AC, mp3, bluetooth, a quiet ride, and modern safety tech. Its's not that hard to understand. No one wants a shit old bmw or skyline except for ricer morons.
@kungfuninja55
9 жыл бұрын
wonderwall135 Are you kidding me right now man? Do you honestly think a ricer moron could afford an old Skyline. They can hardly afford a Honda Civic which is why they get such cheap stupid modifications. And sorry to burst your bubble, but for $35,000, anyone could buy an older car and put in aftermarket mp3 players, bluetooth speakers, sound deadening or even air conditioning. Not that they would even need to pay for AC because all the cars I've listed and tons more came with air conditioning. Additionally, if they were real safety freaks they could even pay to reinforce the chassis and it would still be cheaper than a new car. You also said that because I don't understand the needs of others, I'm a sociopath but then immediately went on the describe what other people WANT. Wants and needs are two very different things and none of the things you enumerated are needs for anybody. I can very well comprehend the needs of others. I just cannot comprehend why someone would drop $35,000 on a brand new Acura when there are a plethora of used cars and yes classic cars too that they could buy instead and still have room to modify them to their liking. You can have fun in your boring new cars though because that just means more fun cars for me. Have a great day.
@FingYourDayUp
9 жыл бұрын
wonderwall135 He isn't unable to comprehend the "needs of others." As much as everyone likes cars they are still wants and having specific features on a car is even less of a need than a car itself. AC isn't difficult to find on a used or classic car if you look in the right places. Modern safety tech is all well and good, but still can't beat driving in the first place and if you can't drive without "needing" safety tech, you shouldn't have a license. In addition $35,000 is a lot of money to spend on a Honda with a better sound system and leather seats. I respect that some people want to buy new budget luxury cars, but I have to say it is not a wise way to spend a significant amount of hard-earned money.
