To avoid all this headache, and money wasting, just get yourself a composting toilet for humanure your forested area and use your graywater to irrigate your garden. Use natural products, compost, garden and go green! Use fraction of thous thousands of dollars to buy fruit trees that will love your graywater, create natural wetlands with ducks and fish and will give your fresh food and quality of life!

This is exactly what I wanna do. But sadly my county health department rules for septic systems don't allow such green freedoms. But if you can share links to viable alternatives, perhaps I can build a case. I'm in Albemarle County, Charlottesville, Virginia.

And loose the certificate of occupancy, get evicted and so on. Modern homes have modern systems
