What an absolutely amazing adventure! Was living in BC when Mount Saint Helens exploded...made teaching for the next couple of days very interesting as there were many warnings of ash and air conditions. Quite something to see today...Bruce and Otis

Yes, the eruption created a lot of memories. I need to do the climb again on a nice day so I can get a view into the crater.

Great hiking adventure. And what a way to head back to the car. Looked like it was a great time. Glad there were no eruptions.

It was a fun adventure. Next time I need to do it when it's a clear day so I can look into the crater and get the views from the top.

Wow 😮how fun!!! You guys rock!!! I’m not sure I would be able to make it to 8000 feet!!! Nice that at the end you got some visibility and also nice to snowboard all the way to the parking lot!!

Thanks! Snowboarding down about 6 miles directly to the parking lot was worth the climb up the mountain 👍

Great hiking video. Was fun to see you hiking in the snow. We don't get a lot of that here in Texas. Hike up ski down... Nice!

It's actually a lot easier to hike in snow than on the volcanic rock in summertime. Skiing down to the parking lot is definitely the way to go.

Awesome videos! I've just been in a spree of watching your videos from around my neck of the woods. I've got a Mt Baker climb in August, so it's helpful to see what the route may look like.

I'm not sure if I would follow your footsteps, as this seems quite hardcore hike, but I love following your mountaineering adventures through your awesome vlogs! Well done climbing Mt. St Helens & taping whole experience Evan! Greetings from Switzerland! Urska

That's cool you were close to Mt. St. Helens when it erupted. I'll check out the channel you mentioned. Have a great day!

Hiya mate, looks like an amazing trail although hard work for last few 1000ft I know a white out ruins the view and makes recording hardwork but I absolutely love it, maybe it’s that sense of vulnerability!!! Nice one mate, good to meet you Alan team54 🥾⛰⛺️❤️
