Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 banana
1/2 cup steel cut oats
1/2 cup riced cauliflower
1 cap-full (about 1 teaspoon) almond extract
2 dates, pitted and chopped
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon alma poder (optional)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
sprinkle of dry rolled oats
1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
Instructions:
Blend one cup of water with the banana to make banana milk. Bring banana milk to simmer and add oats and cauliflower. Cook for 12-15 minutes. While it is cooking add a cap-full of almond extract and two chopped dates.
Put 1/2 cup frozen blueberries in the bowl and pour cooked oats/cauliflower on top. Add a teaspoon of amla powder and a tablespoon of ground cinnamon and mix it all together. Top with a healthy sprinkle of dry rolled oats and a tablespoon of ground flaxseed meal.
