Time to share one of my favorite attack flows from full mount! There are many great submission options from the full mount positions; attacking the limbs, choking or upgrading to the back are all great. In this video we will dive into the concept of chaining submissions together from full mount into a coherent attack system. Osú

Why does this channel have no views? I don't even do jiu-jitsu, I just like the explanations you give. Super underrated channel, I hope the youtube algorithm blesses you 💜

@@EnergiaMartialArts It's my bread and butter from mount, but I've been having trouble lately on strong guys because they can explode out as I transition. Cupping the head and those angle details is genius! You're the man!

What exercises/tactics do you use to avoid ankle injuries from triangles?
@EnergiaMartialArts

There are many ways to avoid or reduce the chance of an ankle injury. But specifically for the triangle, I can recommend closing the triangle on the shin. (So a little deeper than the ankle). This will reduce the pressure on the ankle.
