This is a 15-minute restorative practice emphasizing wrist & spine mobility...also slowing your roll for a few minutes to be mindful of your movement and check-in with your body.
This will be a game changer if you have wrist or back pain. Also this is a perfect routine if you're training handstands or practicing this yoga or calisthenics. Whatever you're into, you're gonna feel real nice after doing this. It's simple but super good for you.
This was more of an improvised session. It was supposed to be just a quick 5 minutes but it turned into a thing. The exact movements are secondary to the experience of feeling the movements. Pay attention to what your body tells you through the routine. Figure out what areas are good to go and what areas need more attention. Our bodies adapt to what we do, use it or lose it. So if you want to stay moving well, do this stuff daily...or as often as possible.
