Most creatine monohydrate supplements are actually synthetic and do not contain animal products, making them suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Hi Tracy. Great podcast. My question is I drink a whey protein shake every morning after I workout - with added collagen and greens. If I added the creatine to the shake do you think that most likely cause bloating with the whey as was mentioned? What has been your experience? Thank you.

You could always start off with a lower dose, like the 3 g or even put one and a half grams in your shake and then take one and a half grams later at dinner for a few weeks to allow the system to get used to it. Personally, I feel like it’s the protein powder that makes me gassy, but I’m willing to put up with it lol

Thank you. I was going to start out with the lower dose splitting as Darren suggested. I agree the protein sometimes makes me gassy and bloated as well. I ordered sports research creatine. Hoping for good results. I appreciate your response. 😃
