15mm isn't an option in US either 1/2 or 3/4. Most range/ovens have a 1/2 inlet. A 3/4 ball valve will flow the full diameter of 1/2 pipe. A half inch ball valve may be the limiting restriction.

I reconfigured gas lines at our house( converting duplex to single family house). I do not have mega press tools. I did it old school and vowed if I ever go into business for myself, mega press and propress here I come. Having to thread 1” pipe under the house, in the dirt, with less than a foot of throw was an absolute bi+ch. Unfortunately and fortunately, if you know what I mean, it wasn’t my first time. Had to use a 1” LeftRight nipple the previous time. Anywho, the multiple trips under the house are e rough. With the newer methods , they can definitely be time savers despite the extra costs for the tools and fittings. Of course Pex would be thrown in there as well. I ain’t mad at ‘cha. We use it commercially in the union. Although I really enjoy MedGas because of the brazing and working with the larger copper piping, running the mains, is satisfying. I know I’m rambling here but whatever, if I can put up with tha voice you do then you can deal with it😂 Enjoying your videos btw.
