Many thanks Jon for an interesting update; thank you for describing everything, as my eyesight is now very poor.

You people are true railway heroes for keeping these narrow gauge engines around.

Thank you so much for this, Jon - a brilliantly presented and technically fascinating survey of the wide range of projects in progress. (I like the Myford Super 7B at 28:22 !).

Oi! Stop calling it 'The Talesin'! How would you like it it it, if you were called an 'it'!.. I can think of many things. We are talking engineering terms, here. It's not an 'Item' more of a living breathing beastie. Less of the lingo. (Rhymes with the S word.) How's mountaineer getting on? Very naughty engineering lingo, me thinks!!

It is traditional for Ffestiniog locos to be referred to as ‘The Taliesin’ or ‘The Linda’.
