A few things from me for this fantastic video. 1. How on earth did you manage to get parked in so many lay-bys on the A120. Everytime I go past they are always choc-a-bloc with lorries. And 2. I wish I knew you were going that way, I work on that roundabout by the McDonald's. I could of got some photos. It passed me by without me knowing. Glad it arrived safe and sound. Also, in idea for the future. I believe you mentioned it worked for British sugar (hopefully I remembered that right), you could have a special gala day with the ruston and Wissington from the north Norfolk as a sugar special or something. Just a random thought.

considering your 48s and the 165 have the same wheel configuration, it's just silly to see the size difference between them. also it'd be massive to one day see a model of this guy like you were able to achieve with the 48. i was able to eventually nab a pre order, and i'd do the same for this engine in a heartbeat!

I do wonder what combination of headlights and taillights would fit on this loco. Single headlight on either end or two or three on either end, and then full headlights or just marker lights. But definitely atleast one red taillight on either end.
@the_retag
14 сағат бұрын
Regulation headlights. Normally one doesn't get to choose, in Germany for example it's 3 headlights, two bottom sides one middle top. When shunting middle top is on both sides. Back side two lower red. Now this is Germany, not sure about Britain, they had variable headcodes in the past depending on the train

@@the_retag I was wondering because all the different combinations and placement of lights that are normal on larger locos. @@lmm I remember when we were getting a non-running car picked up by one of those tow trucks that sticks forks under the front wheels and lifts them with hydraulics. I think the lever for the hydraulics might have been a little sticky and jumped a bit when the driver was first lifting it, as it sort of had the feeling of when you pick up a stout hammer and jounce it in your hand to get a better grip, and the car obviously was no harder for it to lift than a hammer would be for me.
