Planning on moving to Boulder by May 1st, 2024. Likely renting for the first year but will be looking for real estate as I settle in. Thanks for the video!

50 years ago, Boulder was essentially a rural town. Save for the university, it was a quiet place with modest houses. A $100000 house was considered expensive. Some of the Boulder streets were dirt roads, And one would be into open space before seeing the Boulder city limits sign. And driving the Boulder Denver turnpike could feel like one was on a country lane.

It’s always great hearing what these towns looked like back in the day. My dad still shares storied of how they’d drag race up highway 36 when it was first being paved.

Hello thank you for watching! A great resource when looking into crime is citytistics.com. All you need is to type in the city and it pops up some great information!
