It seems Japanese rent is a lot more affordable than US rent according to my Japanese friend. Especially for studio apartments. Of course larger ones are more expensive. It always helps to have a roommate/gf/bf/spouse to spilt it always

Nice video and apartment :) Running: rivers run. Creeks run. "Is the creek running? No it's dried up." Factories and computers also run. Maybe because before electricity factories were powered by water wheels turning shafts and belts connected to machines? Today electronics run on electricity instead of water. But when your nose produces snot like a river has water, your nose runs. Since poop featured prominently in this video, here's a connection: When your bowels flow like a river, a slang term for diarrhea is "the runs."

Yes, moving is always a big pain. What goes to new place, what does not. Packing things so they don't break. All the comfortable, easy routines are upset. And you have to create new ones them at the new place. But soon enough you and Justin will get comfortable.

Hi Asagi. A beautiful apartment. It's nice that you also have some space outside. Chiba is also convenient because of the grandmother. I'm worried about the stairs, they need a gate. I wish you three a good time in your new flat. Best regards.

Very nice, barring the box(Hiro's)room its about the same size as mine. A baby gate is a must with those stairs(Top+Bottom), and cupboard click locks, as Hiro will take everything out and play with them.. Cleaning chemicals, Glass jars and bottles ect🤕

Nice enough place but it seems kinda small. At least you have two floors and a backyard. I like that. Its great to have your own outdoor space in a Japanese city. And a fun way to get the mattress to the upper floor! Did you get new appliances for your place? The movers took the old ones to sell? That is handy.

Great tips. My family and I did our first move in January. Fortunately we didn't have much stuff because we moved from America and her parent's house is close where we were storing our stuff. Unfortunately our contract is not renewable so we have to find a new place after 2 years. How do you like the chiba side of tokyo? We live on west area of tokyo right now.

Btw. here's a little tip for you with your baby. Keep wireless technology far away from your child. Best don't use any inside your home. It is also dangerous to adults but to children it is much more dangerous since their bones are so thin and they are still developing a lot. So don't use Wifi, SMART phone, tablet, airpods or wireless mouse etc near your child. Best avoid it all together.
