Outstanding work. Nice, proper, & thoughtfully detailed. I myself restore vintage 1/25 scale built ups. It’s very rewarding to take these vintage model kits & making them proper again! Keep it going! Well done.

1972 was a pretty low sales year for the Road Runner. Just over 7,000 sold if I recall correctly. The loop bumper years are beautiful.

Hey how are you enjoy your show very much I have a question where can I get a 71 GTX interior tub and bucket seats and dash I'm trying to restore my MPC 71 GTX if you have any extra parts or if you know someone that does let me know thank you from Scott
@TheMuscleCarModeler
2 жыл бұрын
Thank you. I don’t have an extra and don’t know of anyone who does. I believe that the tub is the same in the MPC 71 Roadrunner. Still a little hard to find since it has not issued since 1988.

@@TheMuscleCarModeler Usually the all around the car fat tires and some were jacled up high all the way arkund so the fat fronts would fit. They also had freeky paint jobs too. Lots of multi colored cany graphics & lace paint jobs.

A few Six Packs/Six Barrels slipped out before the plug was pulled on the option, and Chrysler literature listed it, at least early in the year. For 1972 the horsepower rating was 330 net. Like you said, at least 3 got built.

Very nice build. Kitbashing is fun! I´m working on a Revell ´57 Chevy. It will be converted from a "Black Widow" FI 283 to a 235 inline six. Just for fun, plus it will be a nice contrast to my dual 4bbl 270 HP ´57 Bel Air.
