@@MrDrakeulah Well this is hard to do especially when your MPC one comes with a factory built in Baseline thats meant for EDM techno music - but I'll try it again

@@abelchristian951 i definitely feel that. I use the maschine scarabee bass plugin for that exact reason. But I definitely struggle with the same thing often. Hopefully Malo has some tips for us.

The way you chop up your Samples is awesome 👌 👏 bro I seen all your videos. I had my MPCLIVE 2 for about 4 months now and man chopping Samples is something new to me and it looks so easy when you chopping up I love music 🎶 and watching your video I always learn something new About Chopping samples or the MPC LIVE 2.

Appreciated that video a lot, I’m still learning on the MPC one. Started trying to sample and think I’m picking jazz stuff and just it kills the vibe because I get frustrated with it. So the 4/4 measure advice is great to hear, I will try this.

Absolutely, don’t get me wrong jazz music is excellent, but it could be a bit complicated at first. Starting to slice up your samples to some simple for for measure music can boost of confidence to jump into something a bit more complex later.

Thanks brother, it’s so funny because the beats that I least expect to takeoff for the ones that most people like, I had some good feedback with this one. I appreciate you brother.

Thanks.again for the video man ! Another method is that you could slow it down through the turntable itself. Waiting a video for if there is a way to sample anything, adjusting it to remove the bass, and get the bass from the chops in another channel. I dont know even if this possible ! Peace and respects from 🇬🇷

Hey bro, would you say that the MPC is a good choice to make loops from live music? I’ve been trying to record loops from 80’s soul and struggling to get it to loop exactly. Even if I change from samples to beats the loop finishes over the 4 bars. Would it be easier to just do the work in a DAW? Hope not. Any easy answers?

Why is this tapping part of the MPC so tedious?? 🤷🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ why not just use patch phrase ?? 🤷🏾♂️
