The Learning Center for the Deaf is thrilled to announce that we have partnered with Innivee Strategies, a Deaf-owned and led firm that provides executive search services, to support the search for the next Superintendent of Marie Philip School (MPS).
Based in Framingham, MPS serves students from birth, in our Parent-Infant-Program, through 12th grade, attended by nearly 200 deaf and hard of hearing students, and serving more than 600 mainstream students in the community.
The MPS Superintendent works as a member of the Executive Leadership Team at The Learning Center for the Deaf to set the vision, goals and objectives for the school in the context of the broader
organization and educational landscape, and then sees to it that the goals are achieved. The Learning Center for the Deaf is proud to be a pioneer in ASL/English bilingual education, and we are seeking candidates who will ensure that educational services to all students in Marie Philip School continue to be ASL-centric and adhere to TLC’s educational philosophy, organizational mission, and anti-bias education and equity and inclusion work.
We are grateful to have Innivee Strategies’ support throughout the search process. We have also assembled an MPS Superintendent Search Committee who will support the screening and selection of candidates. The members of this committee are:
