Is there any side effects to collegan peptides and MSM?
@einasali3382

@@queencty Some people have side effects while others don't. I have never tried collagen (i plan to soon though). I have tried MSM for about a year now. I do pretty well with it but I have to drink a lot of water to avoid my skin breaking out. I also get more vivid dreams at night (which I don't mind). Everyone may react to it differently, so I would suggest starting out with a small amount for the first week to see how your body reacts to it. Also remember you have to take it with Vitamin C so that it can metabolize the MSM and it will be effective. I hope this helped, but let me know if you have any questions!

Lately because I want to add some weight I started making weight gain smoothies which consist of chia seeds, bananas, peanut butter or any nuts, almond milk, oats, honey and sometimes I sneak in goji berries, mixed berries, spinach, ginger for added vitamins. I take it morning and night time. I believe it will not only make me add weight but also help with my hair health, skin and immune system. I may try adding some collagen too later on. I also got black seed oil which i take at night time before bed. Fingers crossed waiting for a name change "Rapunzel the beautiful one". 😁

You don't need that. Your first milk will be colostrum and it will be there when your baby is first born. It is nutrient dense (it takes these things from your body) and very important for the baby. Do not freak out about your milk not coming in right away and feed your baby your first milk on demand, depending on how much colostrum your body has for baby, you may need to feed more often than the every 2-3 hours the hospital will tell you. If the baby has blood sugar issues you also may need to feed more often while awake. The hospital will ask for how long and when he ate so you might want to bring a notebook or use your phone to keep a record of this. When your milk does come in, you will more than likely have an oversupply. If you choose to pump along with breastfeeding you will also have an oversupply. There isn't much you have to do to maintain this other than feeding the baby very frequently which can counteract bad latch (where the baby might not be taking out enough milk during any one feeding but combined takes out a lot). Babies eat differing amounts at different times and often people worry about milk (I did too, I have five children 10 months-,8 years old, I breastfeed them all and have pumped exclusively for 2 now and still pumping 😒) but there is nothing special you have to do but feed your baby or pump frequently if you decide to pump and the milk will be there. If you end up pumping, know you may not get milk at first and that does not mean milk isn't there (you can squeeze your nipple and see the milk), it there but your body has to get used to being stimulated by the pump and not the baby; they are vastly different. It takes a few sessions for your body to get the message. Nutrients are important moreso for you because milk production and pregnancy take nutrients from the mother where they can find it and if you don't have enough you will lack and have issues. Do not listen to the pump for 15 minutes thing, pump for an hour each session, every 4 hours minimally in the day time and every 6 hours in the night. You will have an over supply so do not do this if you are breastfeeding directly. Also, do not rush to formula when issues come. If your baby hasn't peed, breastfeed more frequently. If baby hasn't pooped, keep them on for as long as they like (the fattier milk makes them poop for some reason and the milk gets fattier the longer they are on or the more frequently they eat. If you do not breastfeed for a certain amount of time or pump the milk will be more sugary). You can hand express and give to baby out of a cup but feed baby from the breast, shove the nipple in. They have to get used to breastfeeding and learning how it works. Don't give a bottle, if you do make sure it is a regular nipple and not a special one and not a short one (my tommee tippee gave my baby a sensitive gag reflux). The nipple goes back close to the baby's throat so they can get past the nipple and onto the areola unless your nipple is large. Some babies have no problems and some have a lot, do not fret or worry. Every problem can be resolved and start off right and don't sabotage yourself or make it harder by giving a bottle or thinking you need this or that. God has given you all you need.

thick hair starts from within! anemia (check ferritin and hemoglobin), low vitamin D, high insulin etc can massively reduce hair thickness

I am in the market to buy a juicer. I have mostly been making juices in my high power blender and straining the fiber and my juices come out amazing. Can’t wait to get I super high quality juicer. I also have been taking a powder supplement good for collagen boosting and with Ayurveda adaptogens as well as a liquid vitamin with a host of herbs and deliciousness and it also contains both biotin and msm. ☺️ cheers to good health! Congratulations on 300k !!!!

Recently bought some collagen powder and already noticing a difference. I’ve been experiencing a ton of hair shedding recently which I think might be from stress but I’m gunna also try fenugreek tea. I’ve got some sitting here that I used exclusively for hair spritzes but I’ll try consuming it too

@@kirannathani9123 on a daily basis I’ll just randomly spritz a bit of it onto my scalp and go about my day. I don’t drench my hair in it, jus a light mist on the scalp

Great to see u sis! Thanks for sharing. I needed this extra boost as we approach the home stretch of the hair challenge🤗. I like to include spinach, carrots, cucumbers, mixed berries and honey to my juices cocktail 😋.
