Personally I love the driving footage with you narrating what you see and where you're going. Whenever Shauno & Graham roll out their camp stoves, I skip ahead until they're driving again. I appreciate that when you are filming the Jeep that you have to do lots of backtracking, but it's worth it!

Thanks Dave. Definitely keen to do more of this style and hope I get more comfortable and natural in front of the camera. I personally agree I never watch cooking stuff but food isn’t my thing I’d rather watch cars 😂 Leisa makes some amazing meals and we have not ever captured it and not sure we will.

Sadly didn’t get to see much of it due to the event. We will be heading back this year to explore it properly.

Merry Christmas to you and all your family. Glad you enjoyed it, I had a great day out getting lost 😂 We sadly won’t get a chance for any camping over the coming weeks but have a few day trips planned. Hope you get some time on the trails.

Thank. Really enjoy this type of video it’s just getting in front of the camera that still takes a conscious effort as not natural. Will get there eventually 😂 Great news you have the XJ on the road can’t wait to see it hitting the trails. Hope you and your family have a safe and merry Christmas.

Nice video! Is there anywhere to get a decent map of the area? The national park map is okay but doesn't label any more than the few main tracks.

We are looking at ways to supply tack mapping the future but in the meantime try the Newtracs app. It’s free and has trails on it for most areas including their difficulty. It doesn’t advise is open etc so still refer to the relevant website for latest road closures etc. good luck and have fun in there. Matt

well done on shooting something a bit different to what you normally do - Mt Mee is a great place to do some exploring but why are so many of the trails always closed up there?

Hey. I don’t know, I went looking after to see if I could understand why but nothing. Looking at some of the locks they appear to have been closed for a long time which is interesting.

i think but not positive that it used to be national forest, back in those days you needed a permit to drive out there and roads like the original jacky creek road( now it is central jacky creek road), butchers creek, the hanger(or could be called the diff breaker) and quite a number more have been closed when state forest took over, most of those tracks through neglect are even tougher than back then due to neglect
