Skin invasion I feel has some potential in some very specific odd deck. All it has to do is be stuck on a sac creature and suddenly you have a one mana 3/4 and whatever value that creature generated. I’m thinking like Sakura tribe elder or something. Forest dork on one, elder mountain skin invasion sac elder. The only downside is that it can’t attack on turn 2 and it’s a pretty fair, albeit free, creature on turn 3, but tempo-wise, you are doing ok.

At 1 mana, Skin invasion still seems like a really good deal. If you have any kind of removal in your deck, you can plunk it down and then immediately kill the attached creature to get a 1 mana 3/4. I'm not calling this the best card ever, but it honestly seems a lot more playable than anything else in this video at least. I'm surprised nobody ever found any value use for it.

Probably still to situational, sure it's a 1-mana 3/4 but it implicitly has "as an additional cost to cast this, you must have used a removal spell to kill a creature this turn" which makes it pretty awkward and the upside is just playing an over-statted vanilla creature. You can only fit so many cards in a deck so while that definitely doesn't sound like the worst card it's also pretty understandable that people found more powerful creatures to use instead.

You know what, I have absolutely no way to link this to my usual video request. So instead I'll talk about creepy artwork in my favourite card game of all time, YuGiOh. Honestly, for a game marketed for younger people than MTG (at least outside of Japan), YuGiOh has far more terrifying artwork, to the point where some cards are censored because the artwork was too horrifying. Such as the OCG artwork of Parasite Paracide and Fiendish Comedian. But for some reason, they didn't censor the fucking horrifying Necroface, which features the lovely imagery of a baby doll's head harboring an abomination. Which is extra bad because *that card saw play.* BTW, do Top 10 Vintage Cards (Minus Power 9).

Mostly because I think it would really put your opponent in a difficult spot if you do happen to steal something very threatening. It is the most terrifying card for me, although you could argue that it is more gruesome than terrifying. But it's old school Golgari at its best and that's some terrifying stuff. Did you miss this card by any chance or did you exclude it on purpose?
