Muah Chee or Glutinous Rice Snacks With Peanut & Sugar is a popular Chinese snack. The traditional method for this recipe is to steam the rice flour batter and then kneading them until you have an elastic dough. I have done that several times in the past, but I found a better method from ZaTaYa Zong Han Yummy KZitem channel. All you have to do is mix all the ingredients in a non-stick pan, cook, stir, and knead with a sturdy rubber spatula. Ingredients
1/2 Cup of Glutinous Rice Flour
A Pinch of Sea Salt
2 Tsp of Peanut or Shallot Oil
6 Tbsp of Water
1/2 Cup of Roasted Peanuts, finely ground
2 Tbsp Cane Sugar
1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds, optional
