I lack lots of coordination, but did my best to stay with it...I never just stopped. At 56, in 3rd month of getting into shape this was just right for me and added some variations to my push ups!

I've been doing this routine for about 3-4 weeks, getting further into the routine each time I did. I just went the full 48 mins for the first time and feel great! Thanks to Kevin and everyone who participated in making this video. Can't wait to see the next one!

I just finished this. I was looking for a routine to remind me of my coach. I miss my coach and I haven't trained in about 3 months. You did really well and was calm like my coach. Thank you so much. I loved this routine.

A few years ago after I did this workout the first time, it doesn't get old. Kevin is so charming, I haven't found many of his fights in YT, but certainly I'm a fan! These workouts have helped me twice in my life to get in a better shape, I can only thank you

1st time and I LOVED IT! Great instructions and loved the build up. The one thing I appreciated the most is the warm up and stretching. PERFECT from beginning to end :-) Can't wait to do more!

Hey man! I wanted to say a big THANK YOU!!! Gyms are all closed in my country and I’m really missing my MMA classes, but with your class I had a lot of fun. It was the best workout in a long while. This is my first time to exercise of Muay thai. But not so perfect how to punch and kick but i finish 48 min. Thank you so for this video. My body so sweet and i thino my stomach has 2 abs hahahha but it feels like great and i love this video... i will will follow this exercise everyday so that i perfect this mua thai exercise for beginner 😉

Gave it a shot and I love it. I was trying P90X but between that and basketball, felt it was taking a toll on my knees. I think the stretching at the end of this video does wonders. Not to mention the different push-ups they do.
