This is late 1990 for sure, after they famously cut their hair off. Matt's sporting a Thee Hypnotics t-shirt! Who i saw support Mudhoney in Manchester spring 1989. Still the best gig i ever went to even to this day. Probably the 2 best live acts ever on the same bell, both in their prime. Life changing.

Gillian G did i hit a nerve? are you honestly under the impression that punk bands no longer play at house parties? going to hardcore shows in people's basements is actually one of the few things that makes me feel better about my miserable life. interacting with thin-skinned internet babies like you, i could do without.
@G2thesecondpower

No, you didn't "hit a nerve," you we're just being an assh*le for no apparent reason in response to my wistful, yet innocuous comment about the "good ol' days." I don't live in a city anymore, and I have a family now. So, no, I don't get out to a bunch of shows in basements anymore. You go out to hardcore shows in basements all the time? Well, good for you, now mind you're own f'ing business.

i finally got a off white squier vintage modified mustang im treying to paint it that olive/jade green i seem to see on that jhonny mahr jag and i have relicked it i even got mad one day seen it and almost broke it to unplayable but its fina and has a huge chip out of it and a crack now its relicked and the metal is scratched with a screw driver and sand paper so im gonna be happier when i get single size humbucker for the bridge or neck i love fuzz sound so is it better for the neck or bridge to be a humbucker??

"Scientifically Treated Petroleum" is correct but one of the reasons it is the sort of thing you would stick on a guitar is that in the sixties it was a type of acid, not LSD but similar. If you know the Hendrix tune "the Stars That Play with Laughing Sam's Dice" you might notice the initials - STP LSD.

He holds it and he's fine, holds the mic then touches his guitar strings to mute and then throws his hands up and looks around at 5:20 and then he tries not to touch the mic anymore lol. haha yup, when the song ends he says it and points at the mic. lol

I'm confused about the dates here going by Mark's hair length. Either he went back in time to Mr. Epp and came back...or has magical fast- hair growing powers. Both Mark Arm and Steve Turner had long hair in 1988 and 1989. Could this be some time after 1992 or 1993?

July 1990. Was between the two Australian tours - Feb/Mar 1990 & Dec 1990. Hence the "Landsdowne Hotel" tshirt Dan Peters is wearing. You could only get that shirt from being at the Landsdowne Hotel Sydney Australia. Which is were they stayed at while playing shows in Sydney.
